How do I search for my Ballot?

Go to GIS Data Browser:

Select 'find address' button in the Search Tools panel to the left of the map viewer:

  1. Enter the Address number and / or

  2. Enter a partial Street Name :

    • Type at least 3 letters in the name. Example: enter MAIN for E. Main St.
    • Then click the 'lookup' button.
    • Click on the arrow next to the box, and a pulldown menu of the valid street names will be displayed.
    • Choose a street name


  3. Click on the 'find address' button.


  4. Click Get More Information Tool (right hand toolbar).

  5. Click in the map on the highlighted parcel.
    (A new window opens with information regarding the parcel)


  6. Click on the pulldown menu arrow next to Select Layer (top of small window) -- Scroll the Select Layer list to find Election Info.

  7. View Election information about the selected location


  8. Click on a Sample Ballot link at the end of the list. (The ballot will open with Adobe Acrobat Reader).
