Fire Prevention & Life Safety

Also known as the Office of the Fire Marshal, this division coordinates and ensures compliance with fire codes. In addition to building plan reviews and permits, Fire Planners and Fire Inspectors work with business and dwelling owners to interpret and conduct code compliance inspections. This area also enforces compliance with State and County burning regulations.
