Monthly passes and tickets can be purchased by calling Customer Service at 770.822.5010 or by visiting our office at 3525 Mall Boulevard Suite 5-C Duluth, Ga. 30096, near the Gwinnett Transit Center.

Transfer Rules within GCT for Riders Paying Fares

  • Free transfers for 1.5 hours from start of a trip, for up to 3 transfers, where the current route is different from the last route, and between like services (express to express, local to local)
  • Upcharges apply when transferring to a higher fared service

Notes:
1. Eligible persons pay Half Fare when riding 1) local bus routes and 2) express route 410 trips between 8:50 a.m. and 3:10 p.m.
2. On local service routes only, children no taller than the height of the farebox ride free when accompanied by a fare paying customer.
3. Exception: $.50 Upcharge applies when transferring from Half Fare Local to Half Fare Express Route 410 trips between 8:50 a.m. and 3:10 p.m.
