Vendor Login and Registration

Gwinnett County offers you direct deposit for payment of invoices. By forwarding a completed Electronic Funds Transfer form (EFT); your payment will be deposited directly into your designated bank account. An email notification will be sent, signaling the upcoming deposit. If you have any questions, contact the Treasury Division at 770.822.7872.

Electronic Funds Transfer Form

Federal Tax regulations require Gwinnett County Government to withhold six percent (6%) of all payments if you have not furnished a Federal Employer Identification Number or Social Security Number. Your payments may be delayed or reduced until a current W9 is received. Please complete the attached form to ensure timely payments.
