Listed below are monthly PDF packages that contain the Official (signed) resolutions for BRD, CIC, MIH, MUO, RZC, RZM, RZR and SUP cases heard by the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners. The documents contain the official resolution and legal land description for each case acted upon that month by the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners. These official resolutions are available approximately one (1) month after the BOC public hearing date. Draft (unsigned) BOC resolutions are available from the Department of Planning and Development, Current Planning Section approximately one (1) week after the BOC public hearing date.
