Gwinnett County citizens and customers now have the ability to securely view and pay their water bills online. Payments from checking accounts, as well as Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.

Department of Water Resources (DWR) is located at 684 Winder Hwy in Lawrenceville. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to accept payments, establish or discontinue water service, and answer any questions that you might have.

Our Customer Service Representatives are available to help you by phone from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can reach us by phone at 678.376.6800. Customers do not need to come into DWR's office to establish or discontinue water service, make changes to your account, or to make billing arrangements.
