The Performance Analysis Division supports sound governance by providing unbiased, objective risk assessments of County operations. This process supports the Board of Commissioners by providing independent oversight in the form of financial and operational audits, investigations, and advisory services. The division uses an independent, outside audit firm, Jefferson Wells, to provide audit consulting and staffing.
Developing and implementing a performance-based management system across all County departments is a major focus. The goal is to ensure continuous improvement of our services to Gwinnett residents by measuring and reporting performance; improving project oversight; and implementing needed process improvements.
