Our Goal

Our goal is to continually create value-added service opportunities and cross-utilize volunteers to maximize what we can offer to our clients.

The realm of possible volunteer service opportunities for our seniors is limited only by our imagination.

Before Filling Out the Volunteer Application
If you are volunteering as part of a group, or if you are an individual under the age of 18, please download and complete the Group Volunteer Application.

Groups with 3 or more members participating in a group project must have a registered Group Leader in attendance. Group Leaders may register through the Group Volunteer Application.

If you are volunteering as an individual, not part of a group, and you are 18 or older, please download and complete the Individual Volunteer Application.

Pages 1-3 of the Individual Volunteer Application can be filled in on your computer; however, pages 4-7 must be printed and filled in by hand. Once the application has been completed, please be sure page 5 (Authorization/Consent for Background Check) is signed and notarized. Lastly, please be sure to include a CLEAR COPY of your driver's license with the application and mail to:

Individual Volunteer Applications MUST BE MAILED OR HAND DELIVERED. Since a copy of your driver's license is required to complete this application, we cannot accept applications received via fax or email.
