Listed below are the monthly public hearing agendas for the Municipal-Gwinnett County Planning Commission. The agendas are in PDF format and Adobe Acrobat Reader is necessary to view the files.

The Municipal-Gwinnett County Planning Commission meets on the first Tuesday of each month to consider rezoning and related Special Use Permit applications and the third Tuesday of the month to consider Special Use Permit and Moved-In-House applications. The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month to consider all of the applications. All of these meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville GA.

If you plan to make a presentation that includes photographs at a public hearing, please have photos made with a mat finish to reduce the glare as graphic information is projected on an overhead screen in the Justice and Administration Center Auditorium.
