ROAD CLOSURES

  • Arcado Road from Cedar Road to Acadia Industrial Circle will require intermittent lane closures through June 2011 for roadway improvements and bridge replacement, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Bethany Church Road/SR 264 from Quinbery Drive to SR 124 will require intermittent lane closures through December for sidewalk installation and roadway improvement, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm.

  • Bramlett Shoals Road from Brooks Road to Bramlett Shoals Road Connector will require intermittent lane closures through September 2011 for roadway improvements associated with Sugarloaf Parkway extension, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Chandler Road from Annie Chandler Trail to New Hope Road will require intermittent lane closures through August 2010 for roadway improvements associated with Sugarloaf Parkway extension, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Davis Circle from West Liddell Road to Old Norcross Road will require intermittent lane closures through November for pedestrian improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.
  • Herrington Road from Old Norcross Road to Oakland Road will require intermittent lane closures through December for bridge replacement and roadway improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Hiram Davis Road from Bowman Road to south of Saddleback Way will close on July 29, 2009 through January 2010 for bridge construction associated with Sugarloaf Parkway extension. The detour route will be Hiram Davis Road to New Hope Road to Simonton Road to Hiram Davis Road and the reverse.

  • Holcomb Bridge Road from Station Mill Road to Peachtree Corners Circle will require intermittent lane closures through November for pedestrian improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Hope Hollow Road from Hope Hollow Lane to Plantation Run Drive will require intermittent lane closures through May 2010 for roadway alignment and improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Hurricane Shoals Road at Dacula Road will require intermittent lane closures through January 2010 for intersection alignment and roadway improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Indian Trail Road from US 29/Lawrenceville Highway to Exchange Place will require intermittent lane closures, and traffic shifts through October 2010 for road widening, bridge replacement, and roadway improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • International Boulevard from Steve Reynolds Boulevard to Beaver Ruin Road/SR 378 will close on October 9 until further notice. The detour route will be International Boulevard to Steve Reynolds Boulevard to Beaver Ruin Road/SR 378 to International Boulevard and the reverse.   • Killian Hill Road from US 29/Lawrenceville Highway to Church Street will require intermittent lane closures, and traffic shifts through October 2010 for road widening and improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Lena Carter Road from SR 124/Braselton Highway to Twin Rivers Middle School will require intermittent lane closures through November for roadway widening and improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Live Oak Parkway will close on Thursday, October 29, 2009 through November for weather related repairs. The northbound detour route will be Live Oak Parkway to Jimmy Carter Boulevard to Oakbrook Parkway to Live Oak Parkway and the reverse. The southbound detour route will be Live Oak Parkway to Oakbrook Parkway to Indian Trail Road to Singleton Road to Thompson Parkway to Live Oak Parkway and the reverse.   • Martins Chapel Road from Bramlett Shoals Road to Martins Chapel Lane will require intermittent lane closures through September 2011 for roadway improvements associated with Sugarloaf Parkway extension, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Martins Chapel Road from Bramlett Shoals Road to Bramlett Shoals Connector will require intermittent lane closures through September 2011 for roadway improvements associated with Sugarloaf Parkway extension, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • McDonough Drive at Webb Drive will be closed November for repairs. The detour route will be McDonough Drive to Graves Road to Dawson Boulevard to McDonough Drive and the reverse.

  • New Hope Road from Chandler Ridge Drive to Fieldridge Drive will require intermittent lane closures through December for roadway widening and improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • New Hope Road from Bowman Road to Chandler Road will require intermittent lane closures through August 2010 for roadway improvements associated with Sugarloaf Parkway extension, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm. On July 29 traffic will be shifted from the existing roadway of New Hope Road to the newly constructed section associated with the Sugarloaf Parkway extension.

  • Old Loganville Road at Pate Road will close November 30 for approximately three weeks for roadway improvements, weather permitting. The detour will be Pate Road to Rosebud Road to Old Loganville Road and the reverse.

  • Old Norcross Road from Breckinridge Boulevard to SR 120/Pike Street will require intermittent lane closures through February 2010 for ATMS improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Old Peachtree Road at Hurricane Shoals Road will require intermittent lane closures through June 2010 for intersection improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Outer Bank Drive at Southport Crossing will be closed through November for repairs.

  • Pate Road at Old Loganville Road will require intermittent lane closures through April 2010 for intersection improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Pleasant Hill Road from Old Norcross Road to North Berkeley Lake Road will have nightly lane closures starting Sunday, November 8 for approximately four nights for storm drain installation, weather permitting. Lane closures will be between the hours of 7:00pm and 5:30am

  • Ridge Drive from Satellite Boulevard to Woodward Mill Road will close until further notice.

  • River Valley Drive near Dacula Road will be closed through November for repairs.

  • SR 120/Pike Street from Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road to Jackson Street will require intermittent lane closures through November for ATMS improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • SR 124/Braselton Highway at Lena Carter will require intermittent lane closures through November for roadway widening and improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • SR 378/Beaver Ruin Road from US 23/Buford Highway to US 29/Lawrenceville Highway will require intermittent lane closures through February 2010 for ATMS improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Satellite Boulevard from SR 378/Beaver Ruin Road to Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road will require intermittent lane closures through May 2010 for ATMS improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00 pm.

  • Sever Road from Sever Woods Drive to Lake Washington Drive will require intermittent lane closures through May 2010 for sidewalk installation and minor drainage improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Skyland Drive north of the intersection of Skyland Drive and Shady Oaks Drive will close November 16 through mid December for drainage improvements. The detour route will be Skyland Drive to Temple Johnson Road to Pate Road and the reverse. For further information contact the Department of Water Resources at 678.376.7090.

  • Sugarloaf Parkway from Peachtree Industrial Boulevard to SR 20/Grayson Highway will require intermittent lane closures through April 2011 for ATMS improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Sugarloaf Parkway from Old Johnson Road to SR 20/Grayson Highway will require intermittent lane closures through August 2010 for roadway improvements associated with Sugarloaf Parkway extension, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • US 29/Lawrenceville Highway from Wynne Russell Drive to Hillcrest Drive will require intermittent lane closures, and traffic shifts through October, 2010 for road widening and improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.
  • US 78/SR 10/Athens Highway at Rosebud Road will require intermittent lane closures through December for road widening and intersection improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Webb Gin House Road from Dogwood Road to SR 124/Scenic Highway will require intermittent lane closures through November for roadway widening and improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • West Liddell Road west of Satellite Boulevard will require intermittent lane closures through November for pedestrian improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

  • West Price Road from Suwanee Dam Road to Level Creek Road will require intermittent lane closures through April 2010 for sidewalk installation and drainage improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.
