To delete content, you can use capabilities supplied by several options, including full form, instant publisher, find and replace, and browse.

To add and modify content, you can use the capabilities supplied by the navigation bar option full form. Capabilities for adding and modifying content by means of the option full form are available immediately after installation of Publishing Center, and are known as Full Form capabilities. Full Form enables you to enter data, including attributes, and values for attributes, for any content type in your Publishing Center database.

Also, to add and modify content, you can use the capabilities supplied by the navigation bar option instant publisher. Capabilities for adding and modifying content by means of the option instant publisher are available after installation of Publishing Center, and after developers of your site have completed any customization. The capabilities are known as Instant Publisher capabilities, and supply Instant Publisher Forms. Instant Publisher Forms enable you to enter data quickly. That means that, normally, in a customized Instant Publisher Form, data about a content type or subtype is often implicit. In other words, an Instant Publisher Form is designed chiefly to capture values for a subset of database attributes created for a content type.

To use Instant Publisher Form to add or modify content, first access an Instant Publisher Form. Then you can use an Instant Publisher Form to change values of a content item's attributes, change values of its matching attributes, modify its settings for workflow, attach files to the item, preview the item to review changes, and save changes.

To delete content you can use the capabilities supplied by options such as full form, instant publisher, find and replace, and browse. The capabilities supplied appear as interactive items, such as fields, buttons, and windows, within screens displayed by the options.
