If Version 6.0.0 is the first version of the Publishing Center your company has installed, you can preview a content item by means of any Instant Publisher Form that is designed to display the button Preview. Also, if your company has migrated from a prior version of the Publishing Center to Version 6.0.0, you can preview a content item when you add or modify it in one of the Full Forms. Previewing an item allows you to see how it will look on your site.

Before you preview an item, be sure that you have entered values for the required attributes. Then, click the button Preview to open a list of links to the preview form for the item you are working with. Next, click a link to open the preview form, which displays the content item, as shown here.
