Viewing content items in an inbox
To view assigned content items in a personal or shared inbox, click the option Inbox located on the navigation bar of the application Publishing Center 6.0.0. A screen appears that is titled Inbox, as shown here:
The screen displays, at its top left, an interactive field that includes, at its right side, an interactive control. Right of the field appears an interactive field labeled Maximum items per page, and a button labeled Refresh.
To view any item in an inbox, take the steps specified here:

Go to the interactive control located at the screen's top left. Click the control to display a list of names of inboxes. Click on a name of an inbox.

Go to the interactive field labeled Maximum items per page located at the screen's top right. Enter a number. Then click the interactive button labeled Refresh.
- A screen appears that is titled Inbox, and displays content items in an inbox, as shown here:
- The screen includes, at its bottom left, one or two interactive buttons. If you are a user, not an administrator, one button appears that is labeled Claim. If you are an administrator, two buttons appear. One button is labeled Claim; the other button is labeled Assign.

To view information about a content item in an inbox, go to the column headed Content Item. Then click on the name of any content item.
- A screen appears that is titled either Update [Category] or View [Category].
- If you have accessed your personal inbox, the screen that appears is titled Update [Category], as shown here:
- If you have accessed a shared inbox, the screen that appears is titled View [Category], as shown here:
- To view information about a content item in the screens Update [Category] and View [Category], you can:
- Go to, and move, scroll bars that appear at the right side and bottom of the screen.
- Go to, and click on, the name of any screen areas.
- The names of screen areas appear at the screen's top, and include Categories, Basics, Details, Related Files, Matching Information, Investment Information, Workflow, and Status.
