The navigation bar of the application Publishing Center displays the names of application items and options. You can click on the name of any option to access that option's screens and capabilities. An option's screens display interactive fields and buttons, and interactive windows, names, and folder icons, that enable you to access and use content items, and also create, modify, manage, maintain, and store content items.
Note that the navigation bar option Admin is visible, and the screens and capabilities it supplies are accessible, only to an administrator. Your Publishing Center account determines whether you can see and use the option Admin.
