Report Safety Concerns

While citizens are enjoying the park and recreation facilities, they may occasionally encounter a safety concern or a notice suspicious activity. We value our partnership with park patrons and appreciate efforts to keep your parks safe.

Reporting Maintenance Issues or Safety Hazards

• Call 678.333.6267 for maintenance emergencies such as plumbing, electrical, damaged equipment, broken windows, vandalism/graffiti, dangerous tree limbs or other safety hazards.
• All other maintenance requests can be reported by e-mailing gwinnettparkwatch@gwinnettcounty.com, calling 770.822.5419 or submitting Citizen Service Request.

Reporting Suspicious Activities
Call 911 immediately if the activity is in progress. Otherwise, call the Police non-emergency numbers listed below to report the activity. Police response time depends upon officer location, availability and the priority of the call.
