You may receive a subpoena for Superior Court to testify. If so, the Witness Information line should be called for current information regarding your appearance. You may call 770.822.8484 the night prior to your scheduled court appearance. The recording will inform you of any changes in the scheduled hearings and could help you avoid any unnecessary trips to the courthouse. IF YOU HAVE TO TESTIFY... - Try to remember the incident and what happened so that you can recall more accurately when you are asked.
