Voter Registration Form (Online) Once you have completed the form, it must be printed and either mailed or hand delivered to the Elections Office.  Applications received via email or fax, by law, will be rejected.
Absentee Ballot Form

Instructions for Absentee Ballot Form:

(1) Complete the form online.

(2) Print and SIGN the form.

(3) Deliver the application in one of four ways:   Scan and email to absentee@gwinnettcounty.com

       Mail to:  Gwinnett County Elections, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30046

       Fax to:  678-226-7209 or 7275

       Hand deliver to:  Gwinnett County Elections, 455 Grayson Hwy, Ste 200, Lawrenceville, GA 30046
