General Bidding Instruction

Three documents, found in the left navigation column, outline standard instructions for quotes, Invitations to Bid (ITB), and Requests for Proposals (RFP). These documents are made part and parcel of all solicitations. 

These are general rules. Solicitations may contain specific requirements. If you have questions, contact the procurement agent assigned to the solicitation.

Occasionally we release written changes, called an Addendum, to a solicitation. Because these may impact your response, it's important to include all addenda with your bid/proposal. 

Gwinnett County takes reasonable steps to ensure that known prospective bidders have all applicable addenda, but it is your responsibility to ensure that you do before you submit a bid or proposal. We encourage you to contact the Procurement Agent before finalizing your submission. Contact information is in the solicitation.
