Target Areas

Gwinnett County NSP funds are targeted in Census Track Block Groups with a high number of foreclosures, sub-prime loans, and areas with the likelihood of additional foreclosures.
The Gwinnett County NSP will fund the purchase of foreclosed properties in these areas to help stabilize neighborhoods. The target areas are based on data provided by HUD and Georgia DCA.
