Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA)

The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) consists of five (5) members appointed by the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners to serve one year terms. The Gwinnett County Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the second Tuesday of each month to consider Variances and Appeals of Administrative Decisions. The meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium of the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center, 75 Langley Dr., Lawrenceville, GA.
