The Gwinnett County Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) meets on the second Tuesday of each month to consider Variances and Appeals of Administrative Decisions. The public hearings are held at 6:30 P.M. in the auditorium of the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, GA.
Generally agendas will be available at least 15 days prior to each public hearing date. Staff reports will generally be available at least seven (7) days prior to each public hearing date. In addition, the results of the public hearings will be available approximately seven (7) days after the public hearing.
