Listed below are many of the necessary forms and documents from the Development Plan Review Section of the Gwinnett County Department of Planning and Development. These forms are also available at the Development Plan Review Section office located at One Justice Square, 446 West Crogan Street, Suite 150 in Lawrenceville. Please call 678.518.6010 if you have questions concerning any of these documents. Most of these forms are fillable - either as a Microsoft Word document (DOC) or Microsoft Excel spreadsheet (XLS). However, some of the forms listed below are in PDF format, thus Adobe Acrobat Reader is necessary to view the PDF files.
