The Municipal-Gwinnett County Planning Commission generally meets on a monthly basis to consider rezoning and Special Use Permit applications. Please see the
public hearing schedule for specific meeting dates. The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners generally meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month to consider all of the applications. All of these meetings are usually held at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville GA.
If you plan to make a presentation that includes photographs at a public hearing, please have photos made with a mat finish to reduce the glare as graphic information is projected on an overhead screen in the Justice and Administration Center Auditorium.
