If you wish to appear in Court, you will need to submit to the Court a Contest Liability form. Please note that the Contest Liability form must be received by the Court prior to the Contest Liability date found on your citation.

The Recorder's Court Clerk's office is located in the Courthouse Annex Building, 115 Stone Mountain Street, Lawrenceville, Georgia. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
