Double Homicide at Wesley Harrington Apartments Unsolved 2 Year Anniversary

(Thursday, February 9, 2017, Lawrenceville, Georgia) Gwinnett County Police are asking for help from the public following the two year anniversary of the murder of Stacy Hall and Kory Moss. During the course of the investigation, surveillance footage revealed that the suspect vehicle was possibly a silver Ford 500 passenger car. Homicide detectives are actively investigating the case.

(Tuesday, February 10, 2015, 8:15am, Lawrenceville, Georgia) The victims have been identified as Stacy Hall (black male, age 24) and Kory Moss (black male, age 22).  Family members of both victims have been notified.

(Monday, February 09, 2015, 3:30pm, Lawrenceville, Georgia) On Monday, February 09, 2015, officers assigned to our Central Precinct responded to 1400 Herrington Road, Apartment 5302 in reference to a PERSON SHOT call.  The call came in at 9:50am, and officers arrived on scene within 4 minutes. 

When the first responding officers arrived on scene, they discovered two deceased black males inside the apartment.  Once the officers determined that no other victims or suspects were inside the apartment, they exited the crime scene to await the arrival of our Homicide Unit and Crime Scene Unit.  We are investigating this incident as a Double-Homicide. 

The Gwinnett County Police Department received a search warrant to continue this investigation.  At this time, we still have several detectives and Crime Scene Units on scene.  When more information is made available, we will publish an updated media release.
