DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES OFFERS FREE "WATER WISE LANDSCAPING" WORKSHOP

(Lawrenceville, Ga., May 4, 2016) —   A water wise landscape is one that has been carefully designed, installed and managed to maximize water efficiency.  Any landscape, whether new or well established, can be made more water efficient by carrying out a few simple steps.

Join Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources for a free “Water Wise Landscaping” Workshop presented by Robert Brannen, Director of the Gwinnett Extension Services.  The workshop will take place on Tuesday, May 10 at 7:00 p.m. in the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center, Conference Room C.

Mr. Brannen will be presenting methods and tips to help transform your yard into a water wise landscape, saving you money and maintenance time.  All attendees will receive a free, outdoor water efficiency kit.
