Gwinnett County HUD Entitlement Grants - FY 2014

2014 Funding Cycle – HUD Grant Applications Available

Gwinnett County is accepting applications from organizations for the FY 2014 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program, and the HOME Program.  Application preparation instructions and forms are available beginning February 15, 2013 from:

Application Submission Information

Applications requesting funding from the FY 2014 CDBG or ESG grants must be submitted sufficiently early to permit their physical receipt by April 19, 2013 - 5:00 P.M., Local Time, at:

Any FY CDBG or ESG 2014 applications received after April 19, 2013 - 5:00 P.M., Local Time, will be returned to the applicant, and will not be considered for funding by Gwinnett County.  HOME Program applications are accepted from organizations anytime, if funding is available.

Application Preparation Workshops

Application Preparation Workshops will be held to assist interested applicant organizations [participating cities, County Departments, local public housing authorities, other public organizations such as health and mental health agencies, and private non-profit organizations]. The Workshop registration form is attached.
