(Lawrenceville, Ga., Dec. 2, 2019) – People looking for an interesting career in public safety that offers good benefits should consider attending the Gwinnett County Department of Corrections job fair Dec. 7.

Corrections is hiring correctional officers and is staging the first phase of the hiring process at the job fair from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Corrections’ headquarters, 750 Hi Hope Road in Lawrenceville. The job fair will include a facility tour, background processing, role-playing scenarios and interview boards.

Attendees are encouraged to apply online for the Correctional Officer position on www.gwinnettcountyjobs.com. Additional instructions will be emailed to candidates following completion of the application.
