Gwinnett County is making available funds awarded through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) to nonprofit agencies providing valuable services in Gwinnett to support their response to local needs related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the immediate need of these funds to assist during this pandemic, the Statement of Need will allow your agency to apply for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG-CV), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG-CV), and Coronavirus Relief Funds with one form.
