WHAT:     Matthew Holtkamp will be sworn in as the District 4 Commissioner of the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners by Gwinnett County Superior Court Judge Angela Duncan. Beginning Jan. 1, District 4 will encompass Buford, Sugar Hill, Braselton, Rest Haven, Auburn and parts of Suwanee and Lawrenceville. Commissioner-elect Holtkamp moved to Gwinnett County in 1985 and is a husband, father and local business owner. Throughout his career, he has served on numerous boards including the Gwinnett Technical College Foundation and State Construction Industry Licensing Board.
