All offices, with the exception of those operations required for the comfort and safety of the residents of Gwinnett County, will be closed on  Friday, July 3 , in observance of Independence Day and will resume regular working hours on  Monday, July 6 . A Magistrate Court judge will be available at the Gwinnett County Detention Center.
