Rental Information

Rental space at the OneStop Centerville is available for individuals, nonprofit groups or businesses to utilize for special occasions or events. The center features meeting rooms of different sizes and community rooms with various amenities.

Some of the events held at the center's rental facilities include:

  • Birthday, wedding, and anniversary parties
  • Dance, music, and theater recitals
  • Family reunions
  • Leadership and teen conferences
  • Business and HOA meetings, employee training

  • Completion of rental agreement with applicable fees are required by Friday for the following week
  • Damage/loss deposit due upon signing of rental agreement: $300 for Full Community Room or $200 for other rooms
  • Nonprofit organizations receive a 15 percent discount off normal rental rates upon presentation of 501(c)3 IRS letter (cost per additional hours varies)
  • Non-Gwinnett residents, nonprofits, and businesses pay an additional $15 fee per rental
  • Tables, chairs, flags, podium, overhead projector, screen, and TV/VCR/DVD are available upon request for a flat fee rate of $5 plus sales tax (already included in fee)
  • Restrooms are available in the building
  • Alcoholic beverages and smoking are strictly prohibited in the facility and on the surrounding property
  • Rental hours: Mondays and Thursdays: 9:00am – 9:00pm; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 9:00am – 5:00pm; Saturdays: 8:30am – 2:00pm; closed on Sundays.

*Only pre-set rooms available. Renters responsible for set-up and tear-down of all others.

Note: Completion of rental contract is required by Friday for the following week. Administration hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Call 678.277.0228 to complete contract after 5:00pm.
