Armed Burglary Suspects Shown on Video Forcing Way into Home

(Lawrenceville, Georgia) Detectives with the Gwinnett County Police Department need the public’s help identifying two burglars that are seen on home security footage.  On February 27 around 11:30 am two black males forced entry into a home on Chandler Drive in unincorporated Lawrenceville.  The black male wearing the gray jacket pulls out a silver handgun and appears to clear the house looking for occupants.  The other black male, wearing a black hoodie and Pittsburg Pirates hat, comes in moments later.  They ransack numerous rooms in the home and end up stealing multiple gaming consoles, a safe with personal items, and a firearm.  It was originally believed that more than one firearm was stolen, but the others were located within the home.

The suspects are seen on the security footage that was inside the home.  Both males are wearing gloves and have facial hair.  The two suspects committed a very brazen act in broad daylight and we are thankful that no one was inside the home during the commission of this crime.
