Female Suspect Robs Store with Steak Knife

(Lawrenceville, Georgia)  Gwinnett County Police Department detectives are seeking the public’s help identifying a robbery suspect.  The female suspect was recorded on security video robbing a cellphone store with a steak knife.

On March 18, 2018 at about 3:15pm, the suspect entered the Boost Mobile store located at 6070 S. Norcross Tucker Road, unincorporated Norcross.  The suspect stayed in the store, acting as a customer for about 50 minutes.  She asked eventually asked an employee to see an iPhone 6, then produced a steak knife and demanded the phone.  The suspect fled the store on foot; no vehicle was seen.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic female, dark brown hair that is lighter toward the ends and cut short in the back, about 5’04” tall, about 135 lbs.  She has a mark or tattoo on her left temple.
