Man Snatches Jewelry While Pretending to Shop

(Buford, Georgia)  The Gwinnett County Police Department needs the public’s help in identifying a man who is accused of snatching jewelry on at least two separate occasions in Gwinnett County.  The suspect asks the sales associate to look at high-valued jewelry, then grabs it and runs out the door. 

Incident #1:

Macy’s:                   3333 Buford Drive (Mall of Georgia), Buford, 10/09/2017, 5:30pm
Jewelry stolen:        2 chain necklaces, valued at $5,000

Incident #2:

Kohl’s:                    2270 Hamilton Creek Parkway, Buford, 10/12/2017, 6:00pm
Jewelry stolen:        diamond engagement ring, valued at $2,500
