Missing GSU College Student, Monique Priester
(Dacula, Georgia) On Saturday, April 23,Gwinnett County Police Officers were dispatched to 2910 Evergreen Eve Crossing, Dacula in reference to a missing person. The officers met with Jacquelin Vanloo-Alkush (age 47) who wanted to report her daughter as missing. The call came into the 911 center around 7:30pm.
Jacquelin stated that on Friday (4/22), Monique Priester (age 21, female) got into argument with her step-father and left the house. Jacquelin said that she talked to Monique on the phone later that day around 6:30pm. Monique told her mother that she was taking an Uber taxi with a few other people to the Georgia State University campus in Atlanta. There has been no other contact with Monique, and her phone has since been turned off.
Jacquelin describes Monique as having a pierced nose, tattoo on her left forearm, 5 feet 1 inch, 165 lbs., black hair (close shaven), and brown eyes.
The reporting officer placed Monique on the national database as a missing person. Representatives with Uber have reached out the lead investigator assigned to the case to assist with the investigation. The investigator received information to believe that Monique’s ATM card was used at a grocery store ATM in Nashville, Tennessee.
