RICO-Felony Printing Checks
The Electronic and Financial Crimes Unit (EFCU) followed a series of complaints from businesses regarding forged checks, over a two year time period. The investigation ultimately uncovered an illegal check printing operation at 3205 Newcastle Way, Snellville, GA 30039. The EFCU secured a search warrant for the residence and executed the search on 02/13/2015. The search of the house revealed multiple forgery related items and tools used to produce forged checks. On 02/13/2015, Rochelle Carter and Johnnie Holland were arrested. The third suspect, Inginac Theodore, was not at the scene and remained at large.
Theodore was wanted for Felony Printing Checks and RICO Act charges. On 06/16/2015, Inginac Theodore and Bryson Bryant were arrested in the City of Douglas GA by the Douglas PD. According to the Douglas PD, Theodore and Bryson were printing forged checks and passing them all over Coffee County GA. They were caught in the process of printing additional forged checks at the scene. Theodore is currently incarcerated in the Coffee County Jail on five felony charges without bond. He is awaiting transfer to Gwinnett County and Athens-Clarke County.
