(Peachtree Corners, Georgia) On May 22, 2018, Gwinnett Police responded to a report of a person shot at 5155 Peachtree Parkway in the City of Peachtree Corners. Upon their arrival, officers learned from eyewitnesses that the 55 year old Hispanic male shot himself in the head in the parking lot of the shopping center. He was pronounced dead at the scene. No bystanders were injured during the incident. Identification of the deceased is being withheld pending notification to the next of kin. The scene has been turned over to the Medical Examiner’s office.
