Theft/Fraud Suspect Hitting Throughout Metro-Atlanta
(Lawrenceville, Georgia) Gwinnett County Police Department detectives need the public’s help identifying a suspect in a string of car break-ins and fraud cases. The suspect in these photos has committed several car break-ins and used the victims’ credit cards to purchase gift cards at local stores. GCPD’s case is part of a series that has occurred all over Metro-Atlanta. Below are the dates and the agencies handling the cases.
12/29/17 - Cobb County Police Department
2/23/18 - Peachtree City Police Department
2/28/18 - Gwinnett County Police Department
3/1/18 - Dawson County Sheriff’s Office
The car break-ins have occurred at a variety of locations, including parks, libraries, and medical facilities. The gift cards have all been purchased at grocery stores. The silver SUV in the attached pictures was used in multiple cases. In the Dawson County case, a female person of interest was seen with the suspect. The male suspect appears to be wearing the same clothes in most of the cases.
