(Lawrenceville, Ga., Feb. 7, 2017) – Celebrate this Valentine's Day by joining other couples at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center on Tuesday, Feb. 14 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Courtroom 1H. Valentine’s Day wedding ceremonies and vow renewal ceremonies will be performed by Chief Magistrate Kristina Hammer Blum and Probate Court Judge Christopher Ballar, who are co-hosting this year’s wedding event.  

Couples who are getting married must obtain a valid marriage license prior to the ceremony and bring that original license with them to the ceremony. Contact Probate Court at (770) 822-8350 for information about obtaining your marriage license. Couples who are renewing their wedding vows do not need to bring a copy of their license. 

Couples may call (770) 822-8081 for an appointment. Appointments are encouraged, but not necessary as walk-ins are welcome; however, couples with reservations will be taken first.
