WHAT:  Officials will hold a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the construction of a new Carmike Cinemas location in the Snellville Exchange Shopping Center in unincorporated Gwinnett County. The movie complex is one of the first Ovation 11 sites with full-service dining and luxury seating.
