Public Hearing Agendas

The Municipal-Gwinnett County Planning Commission meets on the first Tuesday of every month to consider rezoning and related Special Use Permit applications and the third Tuesday of the month to consider Special Use Permit and moved-in-house applications. The Board of Commissioners meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month to consider all of the applications. These meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville Georgia.

As set forth in the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1992, the Gwinnett County Government does not discriminate on the basis of disability and will assist citizens with special needs given proper notice (seven working days).
