On May 16th 2016, Israel Bland (B/M, 25 years old), along with other suspects committed a home invasion robbery on Cannonball Court, unincorporated Lawrenceville.  During the robbery, three people including Bland were shot.  Bland was charged with five counts of aggravated assault, armed robbery, home invasion robbery, several counts of false imprisonment, and possession of a firearm during the commission of the crimes.  He remained in jail awaiting trial until February 10th 2018 when he was released on bond and ordered to wear an ankle monitor.

On June 30th 2018 Bland removed his ankle monitor and fled.  Bland’s bond has been revoked and charges have been obtained for removing the ankle monitor.
