Pedestrian Hit and Run – Tips Needed
(Lawrenceville, Georgia) The Gwinnett County Police Department needs the public’s help in identifying the suspect in a pedestrian hit and run accident. On Wednesday, January 16, officers assigned to the Central Precinct were dispatched to the call around 6 AM.
According to the initial investigation at the scene, Nathan Hayes (age 32, Lawrenceville) was crossing North Brown Road in the crosswalk when he was hit by a white SUV who was making a left-turn. The SUV may be a larger model like a Yukon, Tahoe, or 4Runner. There may be damage to the front of the vehicle.
Nathan was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
