(Duluth, Georgia)  On January 14^th, the Gwinnett County Police Department responded to the 3100 block of Dunlin Way in reference to a person shot. When officers arrived to the location they located a male victim with at least one gunshot wound.  The male was immediately transported to the hospital with critical injuries.

At this time, the shooting is believed to be a drive-by.  The motive for the shooting is possibly gang related.  Investigators responded to the scene to interview witnesses.  The name of the victim is not being released until investigators contact his next of kin.
