UPDATE #3: Third Suspect Wanted in Pleasant Hill Homicide

Update #3, 02/27/2020:  Jaime Manuel Jimenez (age 19) has been identified as an additional suspect in the February 5 homicide on Pleasant Hill Road.  He has been charged with Felony Murder and Aggravated Assault.  His current whereabouts are unknown.  The lead detective assigned to this investigation is asking tipsters to call Crime Stoppers (404-577-8477) with tips on his location. 

 

Update #2, 02/19/2020:  The lead detective assigned to this case identified two of the suspects in this homicide. 

Silvia Najarro (age 19, Lilburn) and Jayce Villafana-Diaz (age 19, Lilburn) have each been charged with Felony Murder and Aggravated Assault.  Yesterday (02/18/2020), they were placed under arrest and booked into the Gwinnett County Jail.

Update #1, 02/06/2020: The victim has been identified as 20-year old Jamun El Winslow (Lawrenceville).  Detectives are still seeking information about this case through Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477.

 

Original, 02/06/2020: (Duluth, Georgia) The GCPD Homicide Unit is investigating a Duluth homicide that has two crime scenes.

Shortly after 10pm on Wednesday, February 5, officers were dispatched to a person shot call at the Shell Gas Station located at 1515 Pleasant Hill Road in unincorporated Duluth. Officers were unable to locate a victim in that parking lot. Concerned for the victim’s safety, officers began to canvass the area. The victim was located in front of the apartments at 3740 Club Drive, just a short distance away. The victim’s vehicle (a silver passenger car) was disabled in the roadway from a possible accident.

Officers approached the vehicle and located the victim deceased inside. Information on the victim will be released once the next of kin is notified.
