Annual Alcohol Excise Tax Certification Report
All licensees are required to maintain records of sales of distilled spirits in accordance with the Gwinnett County Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance.
Effective immediately, alcoholic beverage establishments with distilled spirits sales are required to submit an Annual Alcohol Excise Tax Certification Report at the time of business license renewal which documents distilled spirits and food sales for the previous calendar year. (Click here to download the reporting form.) The Certification Report form must be completed and certified by an Accountant or CPA.
The report must be filed with Gwinnett County Licensing and Revenue Office no later than February 15.
