Lilburn Community Improvement District Board
In 2001, local legislation was passed providing for the creation of community improvement districts within Gwinnett County. The Lilburn Community Improvement District was activated on March 23, 2010 by a resolution of the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners consenting to its creation and the written consent of the electors of the district.
- The Board consists of a minimum of seven board members
- The Board of Commissioners has one appointment and serves at the Pleasure of the Board
Board members, including appointed board members, shall be electors within the district.
