Alarm Awareness Video

The Alarm Awareness Video is an educational course offered to assist users in the reduction of false alarms. Registered alarm users may abate the $25.00 fee for the second false alarm, if applicable, by viewing the video and receiving a passing score on the Alarm Awareness Test. This offer is valid one-time only, per alarm site, and may not be applied towards other outstanding alarm fee amounts or to credit a previously paid fee.
