**Please note if your account is past due or your service has been interrupted, you should make your payment in person at our Central Facility located at 684 Winder Highway or with a live representative over the phone during normal business hours. Payments dropped at a satellite location or made over the automated phone system may not post to your account for 24 to 48 hours.
